Both 5D Shield and Citadel are solely focused on providing best-in-class security to our clients in a local service model. Citadel currently provides security services to clients across multiple states. Their current clients span a wide range of industries including retail locations, high-end home-owner associations, hospitals, managed commercial properties, Class A office buildings, critical infrastructure, banks, hospitals, government buildings and more.

We are excited to mention that Todd DeJong, Ron Delp and more will be joining the Citadel Security Group team as the Management Team in Colorado and will continue managing your account going forward. The senior leaders of 5D Shield will continue to be your point of contact for all security service needs.

5D Shield’s offices will become Citadel Security Groups new local offices to maintain best-in-class service and support for our Colorado clients and employees. Citadel will also provide 5D Shield staff with further support from our office in Nixa, MO. We anticipate no changes to your current contract terms or the officers who protect your assets daily. By merging forces with
Citadel, the 5D Shield managers and officers will now have a stronger base of support, training, and company benefits.
